Museum is developing public cultural undertakings, guarantee the people’s basic cultural rights and interests of the foundation, but also to build an important part of the socialist system of public cultural services, play a very important role in the socialist construction of public cultural service system.However, more than 80% of the Chinese Museum cultural relics collection of procurement work involves only the collection of cultural relics, relics of the procurement and other traditional cultural aspects of the study and research, leading to the international leading, with lack of thought of modern museum development management, despise the sustainable exploration and research of museum development, especially do not attach importance to skilled use of lead and efficient, in line with the international trend of project procurement management theory and methods, mainly reflected in the cultural relic s collection management idea obsolete, management way backward, management incentive mechanism of a single organization, bloated, repetitive work, wasteful use of funds in low efficiency and high investment cycle long, which directly lead to most of the mu seums in China can not be scientific, sustainable, harmonious and healthy operation.This thesis is based on the basic theory of project procurement management, analysis of the use of literature and case analysis is prerogative way, depending on the level analytic hierarchy process(AHP), according to the definition of the problem, describes the problem, solve the problem of overall research direction, China’s only national MMC Museum as the research object, analyzes the environment and conditions for the c ollection of Shanghai Museum of cultural relics MMC, described the Shanghai Museum of MMC for collecting artifacts of the project procurement management approach, clearly show problems: contains relics procurement planning, heritage supplier selection and supplier of cultural relics choice etc., and puts forward the coping strategies and effective suggestions.In this thesis, the application level analysis with the conclusion from the analysis hierarchy process(AHP) to help the Shanghai Museum of MMC in th e sand of the Republic of China collection project scheme selection decision, the Museum of cultural relics collection project provides an effective decision-making. Through the exploration and attempt, confirmed that the application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is in the Shanghai MMC Museum collection in the application of the project feasibility and rationality, Shanghai MMC Museum and the Museum of industry in the future of cultural relics collection project and provides reference.
