Research And Analysis On The Management Information System Of Cultural Relics Collection Of Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall

Cultural relics management is an important component of the routine work of museum. With the development of modern times, it has put forward many new requirements for the museum’s cultural relics management. Therefore, all museums should positively advance with the times, adopt effective measures to consistently improve the management level of cultural relics, further to improve the development of museum’s business research. However, nowadays, the cultural relics management information system is quite single. Actual situations of all museums are different from each other, thus it cannot effectively make changes based on the actual situation of this museum. According to the actual situation of cultural relics collected in Tan Kah Kee Memorial Museum, this paper puts forward reasonable measures and improve the related information of cultural relics. Nowadays, with the consistent development of informatization, cultural relics are presented with the direct information, so as to reduce the damage caused by frequent retrieval of cultural relics and consistently increase the reliability of cultural relics archives, further to improve the information management level of cultural relics.In this paper, it introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the cultural relics information management system of Tan Kah Kee Memorial Museum, specifies the contents and major work of this paper; in the business analysis, it analyzes the problems existing in the system, organization and original business procedure, and then offers the business procedure after reconstruction; in the function analysis, it specifies the functions of system through Use Case Analysis and Description, puts forward the system’s general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram, including cultural relics basic information management, space management of memorial’s storeroom, cultural relics IN-warehouse management, cultural relics EX-warehouse management, cultural relics lending-out exhibition management, cultural relics protection management, cultural relics inquiry statistics management and system management; in the data analysis, this paper analyzes data of all functions which is needed to be processed, offers the entity relation schema, establishes the database table structure; finally, this paper summarizes the researches and analysis, and also makes further forecast of the work.
