The subject of the design and development of large instruments shared management platform not only follows the uniform developing environment and interface requirements of digital campus business system, but meets the docking of unified user authentication interface and the regulatory standards of shared database mechanisms. As a set of scientific and rigorous new management models have been formed, it can also apply to different management mechanisms, such as appointments, settlement funds, field data collection, intelligent information display, benefit evaluation, statistical reports and other real-time management mechanism. This paper is a server-side design and development of large instruments shared management platform.This system is a web-based application development platform J2EE using B/S three-tier framework. Its system architecture is designed by the open source frameworks, such as Struts2, Spring, Hibernate and so on. It realizes all the function modules according to the demand analysis. By researching the relationship between the various entities, the data tables required by the system have been finally designed with the principle how entities transform into a relational table in the detailed design of database. At the same time, the system uses RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) model to achieve the rights management.With the use of workflow-oriented BPM (Business Process Management), the thesis analyzes and then achieves appointment, display, funds management, site supervision, statistical reports and other functional modules of instruments. With the introduction of an appointment time judgment of conflict, freezing the funds, appointment booking arrears amount, minimum booking time setting, graphic design of UI and other technical means, the design solves the compatibility problems of large equipment booking in various subjects. This paper also focuses on the funds management of the settlement. It has three settlement patterns which are appointment settlement, credit card settlement and booking supplement settlement. They are mutual exclusive automatically in time and their appointment information, equipment information and credit card information of acquisition terminal are associated with each other. Consequently, a set of perfect settlement mechanism has been established with real operation data. Instrument scene pictures, terminal credit card information and the working current of the detection information are collected, displayed relevantly and refreshed dynamically to realize the real-time supervision and tracing experiment site from the VDC server.The paper has also studied the functional algorithm for the display of instruments with similar functions. To solve the display problems of similar functions, the system finally implements similarity algorithm using the law of cosines based on vector space models through analysis.At last, tests were carried out to verify the functions of the management platform. The results reveal that the system realizes the business logic and user interface of each module and meets the current needs of sharing and management platform of large instruments.
