The regional sharing of the large-scale scientific instruments is a service for science and technology. The seldom used instruments will be issued to the internet to provide to the user who is engaged in the scientific research and the product development. It makes a good use of region's R&D resources, and promotes R&D resources which in the entire social scope highly effective disposition and the sharing use, for reducing the innovation initial cost. With other basic requirement platform, the regional sharing of the large-scale scientific instruments platform makes a way form the S.T. innovation to the transformation of the production.The Jinan area large-scale scientific instrument equipment shares the platform, is faces the Jinan General Small and medium-sized enterprises and the small R&D team's demand, invests the construction by the Jinan Science and technology Bureau a region S.T. resource sharing project. Constructs in this kind of region the large-scale scientific instrument to share the platform, needs to investigate and study on the spot in the region the large-scale scientific instrument distribution present situation, as well as in this region profession foundation, determined target-oriented the platform the function, the choice realizes the technological means that design the platform technology construction.As a participator of this project, I took responsibility for the collation and some detailed analysis of customers' demand. I raised an idea to design the system based on OOP (Object Oriented Programming) with supplement of AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming). On this basis, I designed the layered clearly and rational system architecture with several open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. The system architecture meets the business requirements, and achieves the goal of scalability and maintainability.This article introduced the architecture of the platform that included the background and the domestic present situation in this domain. It explained the pattern and the method which in the system requirements analysis adopted. And it has carried on showing the demand specification of the system's core and the additional function. The architecture designs, as well as its goal, which the system adopt have been treated. The article displays several perspectives about detailed design of the security function and the exception handling function. Finally, it makes a conclusion and an expectation from the business and technical aspects of the project.This article carries on the work aims at the platform directly the design and the implementation, at present were partial the achievement already to realize and to apply, the entire platform main body already developed finishes and invests tries to move. At the same time, this article works some explorations which does to the research of region large-scale instrumentation sharing, as well as also has in other region's application and the development certainly profits from the significance.
