The Research And Design On Instruments Sharing Platform Based On Web

With our country improve the innovation system and enhance the ability of innovation policies, social voice for open public finances generated large equipment investment sharing is increasing, through the network to assist, support large equipment needs more urgent.This article is based on the project of national development and Reform Commission. It is a sub project of system of college equipment and resource sharing (CERS) which is called equipment platform construction of college level interoperability. Combining the available equipment sharing mechanism of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, we aimed to build a platform for college equipment and resource sharing between different colleges.This article is to research and design the equipment sharing platform for schools, which based on the platform’s own characteristics, the theory of educational technology, software development and the user-centered design. It completes platform’s demand, design, code, and finally lay the foundation for further optimization system.This article analysis the situation of equipment sharing at home and abroad, compare equipment sharing platform product which has already existing, and focus on instrument shared appointment management, efficiency and statistics functions. After establish the design principles of system and instrument shared characteristics, I form the overall design of the system. I give the structure of the instrument sharing. During design and development process of the system, I focus on reuse of common module, reduce the complexity of system design and development. Finally, I design questionnaire, provide the basis for further optimization of the system.
