In recent decade, The wide application of telecommunication technologies and Internet is changing people's living, production, communications, study and education ways. It has been an important issue on the agenda of reform and development of higher education institutes to make use of IT to improve efficiency, explore new teaching models and increase education accesses.The paper, based on the study of the IEEE 802.3 LAN/MAN Standard and"the standard of education management informatization Part One: management informatization standard for schools", proposes a Solution to Digital Campus suitable to higher institutions in China's regions, which takes into consideration their policy and management needs as regard to digital campus construction and follow the information resources planning theory. the article makes a unified planning. The article innovates the mode of education constantly, which circles around the aspects such as teaching, science research, management and the service system. Meanwhile, the article constructs multi-angle and multi-level"solving scheme for digital campus"which circles around the aspects such as the building of information infrastructure, teaching resource, the team of talents and the management system. The purpose of the article is that it can improve the quality and benefit of teaching, promote the effective development of science research work, enhance the ability of serving society, train the creative talents responding for the needs of information society and do some benefit to the development of regional economy.The achievements of the article has been put into practice. According to the research and practice, we can conclude that we mainly focus on the five aspects as followings when we do some research on"system structure of digital campus".The first one is to build the infrastructure for campus informatization which mainly includes the planning and building of the campus network and data center for education.The second one is to design application normalization and system platform.
