With the expanding influence and increasing of the access frequency of users and increased demand of Chongqing instruments resource sharing platform, the old platform can not satisfy user needs in site security, aesthetics, part design, operation and management. As a platform for the public, the quality of Chongqing Large-Scale Scientific Instruments Resources Sharing Platform is direct related to the service quality of Chongqing instruments resource sharing. Therefore, the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission revised the proposed site on the platform upgrade, to improving the existing module functionality, adding new service module, building new online management capabilities to create a service-oriented instrument sharing website. The Instrument Sharing System is the core part of the Large-Scale Scientific Instruments Resources Sharing Platform, its main function is to achieve the integration and sharing of instrument information resources, and give incentive evaluation to outstanding share units.Based on the in-depth analysis of instruments sharing system of Chongqing and other provinces, the paper design and implement a service-oriented instruments sharing system on specific needs. The system is based on ASP.NET, developed by C#. The system has achieved the results in the following areas:1. To improve the function of the original system, the achieve the online realizing of the original offline workflows such as joint review workflow to purchase equipment and incentive evaluations workflow, provides users with the convenience of online office, speeds up the efficiency of the instrument sharing.2. To increase integrity and transparency of information, while increasing the instrument's complex search which allows users to find their needs equipment more efficient, improves the sharing rate of the instruments.3. To improve data access efficiency by database optimizing; the integration of the database of original systems, making data maintenance becomes more simple.At present, the system has been successfully applied to large scientific instruments in Chongqing resource sharing platform, and has a stable and good running condition. The system increased online services of instruments sharing, breaking the limitations of the original system that it only has management but no services, realizing the web-based instrument sharing.
