Many safety production accidents are happening in Chinese enterprises for a long time,such as fire, explosion, leakage and so on, industry researchers begin to pay more attention to the monitoring of the equipment and the environment in the production process, which hope to prevent the accidents through acquiring, processing and analyzing the equipment data and take effective measures immediately after accidents,Based on the Production, Teaching and Research Cooperation Project of Guangdong Province, this paper design and implement a Multi-Sensor Data Fusion System based on the Internet of Things by investigating the safety accident causes in the production’ processing from China’s enterprises and analyzing the domestic and overseas research related monitoring technology.This system uses more kinds of technology theory such as Internet,wireless sensor network,GPRS and database. The main content contain several steps:Firstly, the network is established through the wireless sensor network, and the data collected from eight types’ environmental sensor nodes and one image node is packaged by gathering node. Then, the development board TQ6410 is used as a gateway data link layer to call dial-up protocol in GPRS module, connected to the Internet, then sends packets to the central data center from the data storage control layer. For data storage, the database is used by central data center to store data, and the risk of data is discriminated using data fusion technology. Finally, this system can process the pre-warning of disasters by sending MMS, SMS to relevant management personnel.In order to prove the effective of this system, some experiments are conducted to demonstrate each function. Experimental results indicate that the diversification of the data types can be achieved through collecting eight kinds of environmental data and a video image data; the frequency of artificial intelligence can got through adjusting networking gateway data acquisition frequency in the intelligent warning system of central data center; using GPRS wireless transmission of data can become simple and real-time data transmission; in addition, in the aspect of data storage, which can become more efficient by combining database and file system; For pre-warning process, which can be more automatically through the cloud service sending warning information applied to the terminal. The system is put into use, and it will have broad application prospects in the key monitoring enterprise safety production.
