Study On The Square Dance’ Image Under The Medium Prism

With the popularization of square dance, public health and the lack of space related management policy becoming a big problem.And the "square dance" of public opinion is also beginning to show a "demonized" trend. "Square dance" ’s media image began to be negative.The research uses the framing as the research angle, from the three aspects of the framework of the text, the framework of the problem and the production framework, analysis the presentation of the square dance’s image, the problems and the reasons for production. Firstly,through the content analysis of the news reports on the square dance "in 2008 to 2015 in China’s newspapers to build the" square dance "media image reconstruction. And then, analysis the text and content, combing out its prominent social problems.The last, from the perspective of production analysis the causes of "square dance" reporting frame, and finds the method attempts to avoid the "demonizing" report.Findings of the study are as follows:The first,with the passage of time, the image of "square dance" experienced disturbing noise source, the change of the object of governance from the happy, healthy way of fitness.The second, the newspaper is the existence of "square dance" demonized in fact reported. The thrid, the media reported "square dance" reflects the lack of public health space and the relevant regulations of the problems.The fourth, journalists are impacted by psychological that wants to attract the audience.As the research of Square dance’s media image, on the one hand reflects the journalists’ unprofessionally performance in interviewing; on the other hand, it is really reflects the public facilities lack of supervision and ineffective social problems. Therefore, in the face of the square dance and other health issues, the news media needs to reflect the social problems.But at the same time, it also should guide public opinion actively.
