With the experience economy era coming and widespread of mobile terminals, traditional service modes and contents that universities libraries and public libraries provided already changed, beginning to provide mobile library services, which attracts attention between academia and industry world. While with the development of mobile library nowadays, the great market potential and low rate of user adoption means that acceptance attitudes of users and willingness to use the mobile library being not satisfactory. Accordingly, how to improve the user experience and accumulate users is of great significance. Research on acceptance attitudes of users and willingness to use the mobile library is of great reference value for self-development of mobile library. While traditional accepted theoretical models, such as theories of reasoned action, theories of planned behavior and theories of integrated technology acceptance model can explain the willingness to accept mobile library users, research from the perspective of the users cut into little. Therefore, after reading related classical theories home and abroad, it summarizes five dimensions of the user experience, namely, sensory experience, service experience, technical experience, cognitive experience and emotional experience. Combined five dimensions with the variables of the traditional model, this paper constructs the model that people will to use mobile library based on user experience.Based on the perspective of the user experience, integrating use of literature research method, questionnaire and structural equation modeling method, etc., referring to the behavior theories of traditional users, such as theories of planned behavior, theories of technology acceptance, making hypotheses, defining amount table, designing and distributing questionnaires, with the help of SPSS 22.0 and Smart3.0 PLS analyses of questionnaire data. Based on empirical results, concludes that the willingness to use of the mobile library model fits estimation. Through empirical analysis, conclusions can be drawn: sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, technical experience and service experience, respectively, would have a direct positive effect on the user experience; The emotional experience has a higher positive attitude to the relationship of user’s attitude than the other variables, which directly has an impact on the user’s attitude and the user’s wishes by using intermediate variable, the user’s attitude. The user experience can contribute directly to the willingness to use. Finally, according to the findings, this study provides suggestions of which mobile library building being combined with user needs, considering the mobile library’s own interface design, interactive reader design, as well as emotional experience plays a positive role in optimization strategies. Strengthen Lib2.0 technology in application of mobile library services, and promote the mobile library service shifting to SoLoMo paradigm and other strategies. Libraries should furtherly establish partnerships with developers of mobile library, allowing users to feel the performance of the services provided, to reinforce the user experience and satisfaction, to achieve user-centric, to provide an implementation of customized solutions to user needs, which with a view to recommend to furtherly promote mobile libraries and enhance user satisfaction, loyalty and stickiness of mobile libraries.
