With the increase of macrocell base station density and expand the scale of integrated communications network of Company L, an outdoor urban centers has been basically covered comprehensively, call quality improved continuously, but also the user group raised to indoor mobile communication requirements. In recent years, major domestic operators in the indoor coverage projects have given enough attention, which makes the competition is fierce. Indoor coverage projects,as it were, is not only related to indoor network using ability of operators, but also will greatly affect the public reputation of operators. However, in an actual indoor coverage projects, it relates to human consumption and supplies needed during construction consume, so cost and schedule control of indoor coverage project become very important. Therefore, timely cost and schedule control research has become a same industry problems to be solved urgently,through to the project management to benefit, strengthening indoor coverage engineering project cost and schedule control, improving cost and schedule management responsibility system, exploring the potential for cost reduction, thus improving the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper intends to use earned value analysis methodology as a basic research for two key indexes cost and schedule to assess research.Firstly, it introduces project management status of Company L, through understanding of the status quo, in the analysis of problems on cost and schedule control of project M are encountered and analyze. In the process of Project M, earned value theory is cited, organizing basic data of earned value management, then using earned value method for analysis of its cost and schedule piecemeal, summed problems of cost and schedule management according to evaluation indexs, and put forward solutions to problems, and after completion of the project as well as a summary of the indicators of project and management schedule. Finally, The paper analyzes improvements of Project M and economic performance, schedule performance and management sence after earned value method obtained to indicate that significant results have been achieved, and proposing security measures for cost and schedule management of the indoor distribution projects, providing reference for cost and schedule control of Company L’ communication engineering project l in the future.
