| Power grid as a country’s basic facilities, with strong positive externalities, transmission and distribution of electricity is directly connected to the user terminal, It is need for electricity customers a full range of services. With the further construction of the smart grid, the original power marketing management project is facing great challenges. How to meet the electricity demand of market competition and improve the level of power marketing has become an urgent problem. For Erdos Electric Power Bureau, she is making the service targets "Thirteen Five" period is to continue to improve customer satisfaction, building domestic advanced clients with a full service system, it needs study the evaluation and service system information systems research, in order to protect the ground service system, thereby enhancing corporate marketing resilience.In this paper, Erdos Electric Power Bureau clients with a full service system evaluation and analysis and design of information systems has been studied, first introduced the theory of a full-service marketing, and more typical of current foreign electricity service system is analyzed, then Ordos electricity customers full-service system construction of the project background was introduced, it is also given the principles of constructing evaluation index system, on this basis, the evaluation index system is built and used fuzzy AHP in case study, then gives recommendations.
