With the reforming of power system, power supply company faces new situation, the mode of energy development, power supply and demand, power marketing all changed. As the basic management and execution unit, how to take advantage, promote the marketing level, guarantee continuous power, assured more consumption are the critical problems for the power supply enterprise under new circumstances.However, electric supply service was far behind customer demand because of the monopoly position of electricity in the past. For the same reason, the power supply enterprise didn’t pay sufficient attention on marketing management. Although most of power supply enterprises applied marketing management information system, which was mainly used to replace manual operation, and did not apply the system on analyzing marketing data deeply. The power supply enterprise was used to arranging plan of Power Generation Enterprises and costumers according his own schedule and convenience, such as the installation used artificial windows service, which had cumbersome procedures. The power supply enterprise should seize the opportunity of electricity system reformation, reorganize the process of marketing management, develop the effectiveness of marketing management information system, and then create competitive advantage.This paper chose the country power supply enterprise as the study object, aimed at developing practical and reasonable marketing management information system. Through the deeply investigation and analysis of marketing management situation in the country power supply enterprise, this paper located problems of marketing management information system, cleared objectives of marketing management information system in the country power supply enterprise. Beginning from the theory of management information system, this paper combined with the demand characteristics of marketing management information system in the country power supply enterprise. According the steps of system planning, system analysis, system design and system implementation, this paper aimed at creating practical implement scheme of marketing management information system in the country power supply enterprise. At then, this paper took Gaoling country power supply enterprise as an example, verified the rationality and effectiveness of the scheme, and provided feasible reference on developing marketing management information system for the power supply enterprise.
