Baotou City Power Supply Bureau supply area of thirty thousand square kilometers, including Baotou City, two areas and four counties. It's an important power supply company in Mongolia.With the advance of enterprise information process, enterprises have gradually established a information system of financial, management, customer information management in the respective areas, but the channels of different departments for information communication are not smooth, "information island "is created. With the deepening of the electric power system reform, power marketing is changing from "seller's market" to "buyer's market", and the service consciousness of "people-oriented" in the electric power industry has been further strengthened. It is necessary to establish a power marketing information management system based on "customer service", which has the characteristics of uniform standards and open integration. This is not only for the improvement of enterprises, but also for complying with the trend of the power enterprise reform.This paper introduces the marketing management system of Baotou electric power company. The design of the marketing management system is divided into three steps, that is, demand analysis, system design and database design. Based on the clear system design principle, and electric power marketing business needs demanding the delimitation system's scope of use and establishing the system's frame. The system uses the B/S system structure, and completing the design through the Struts2 and ExtJs framework. Connected with the banking system, OA system and other related systems through integrated interface.This paper introduces the electric charge management subsystem and the electric energy measurement subsystem in detail. The electric charge management subsystem is the sales link in the electric power industry, and the electric energy measurement subsystem is the management of the assets and the operation of the electric energy metering equipment. These two systems play an important role in the management of electric power enterprises. This paper introduces the system's business process, data flow diagram, subsystem function module partition and database design and so on.After the completion of the system, the subsystems are conducive to communication between users and service providers. System data centralized management,it can server a strong decide support. improve enterprise management efficiency and level. To achieve customer service and improve the satisfaction of service experience. In short, the system can meet the needs of enterprises and customers well.
