The Planning Of Public Cultural Service System:A Public Library-Based Study

This article is based on this background, the organic unity of development of public libraries and public cultural service system construction, from the public library system in the perspective of research in the new period of our country \’s public cultural service system construction of reasonable countermeasures to promote the development and prosperity of China’s public cultural undertakings.This paper in the study comprehensive use of public management, culture management, library science and mathematical statistics related disciplines of knowledge and methods, in analysis, comparison and reference on the basis of the proposed based on Public Libraries in our country construction of public cultural service system countermeasures.
