With the development of "strong smart grid", the construction of smart distribution network has become an important research topic. Due to the complex structure of distribution network, data nodes scattered, a huge mount of data, to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the entire distribution network operation status, it is very necessary to constantly collect real-time data from the distribution terminal equipment to the main station system of distribution network, which would support the application analysis of the high level and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the entire distribution network.Firstly, in this paper the research status of distribution automation and SCADA (Control And Data Acquisition Supervisor) system is studied, and the current status of SCADA system in domestic distribution network is analyzed. On the basis of this, a solution method of the power distribution network data acquisition based on IEC60870-5-104 protocol is proposed, which can ensure the real-time data acquisition. In this paper the distribution telecontrol communication IEC60870-5-101 and IEC60870-5-104 protocol, RTAP real-time database, and scan task programming based on RTAP real-time database platform and other key technologies were analyzed. The four core modules of database management configuration data, initialization, data acquisition and data processing are designed. Finally, on the basis of functional design, the four modules are developed and implemented, and the function of data acquisition is tested through the simulation environment, which achieves the design goal of real-time collection of distribution network terminal data. The system adopts the method of active upload and passive polling data collection, and the data collected at each node is restricted to ensure the data real-time, which provides reliable data support for the upper application of distribution network management system, which can ensure the stable and reliable operation of distribution network.
