The emergence of the energy Internet concept puts higher demands forward industrial networks.In industrial networks,the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)system plays an important role.Although the theory of high-speed and reliable data transmission between field devices and SCADA systems is relatively mature and extensive,it still lacks in specific applications.Based on the research of related technologies,this paper develops UDP data forwarding software based on Vestore-SCADA system and tests it to verify its reliability.Firstly,the object-oriented analysis method is utilized,the UDP data forwarding software based on Vestore-SCADA system is analyzed and modeled by Astah software.Then,the UDP data forwarding software based on Vestore-SCADA system is designed by using the object-oriented design method,and the software is implemented and tested by the DOTNet Core framework with great development trend.Finally,according to a theory based on application layer improvement and simple implementation of UDP reliable transmission,a user interface development framework WinForm is used to implement and reliability analysis test.The UDP data forwarding software based on the Vestore-SCADA system implements the function of reading real-time data and forwarding data.After testing,the software can guarantee the accuracy of communication between different networks running on the same LAN.The UDP data forwarding technology based on the Vestore-SCADA system is researched to support the application of high-speed and reliable data transmission in industrial networks.
