Base on the level of strict social property, Chinese news management induces two properties socialist ideology and national public administration, which leads the feature of national news management organizations. While base on the level of system and route, relating every media area, our national news management organizations have common governance structure, that is to say each media revolution, on the one hand, it enlaces to it is organizations, on the other hand, however, constrains the revolution of organization, and make new requirement for it is evolution.
