The Study Of News Propaganda Of "Central Daily News" During The Anti-Japanese War Period

"Central Daily News" affiliates to the party center of the Kuomintang,and it was the biggest party newspaper in the KMT period. Although in the beginning of its setting up,people thought it was under the government operation,and its content was poor,its form was simple. Its developed with the contemporary history of China,and witnessed changes of contemporary history of china in some degree,and recorded the journalism of china in the Kuomintang period,its regard as "the symbol of spirits inheritance" by Lian Zhan the incumbent honorary chairman of the Kuomintang.Throughout the second Sino-Japanese War,"Central daily news was not only one of the most important official newspapers,but also the only channel to convey the national government information.The newspaper interviewed with Chiang Kai-Shek,the Allied commander in chief Marshall,American ambassador to China Stuart etal for many times,and also had a very detailed report on the Second Sino-Japanese war.At present,the attention and study to the newspaper is relative blank, so the author decided to take "Central Daily news" in the Second Sino-Japanese Warperiod as the object of study,From three aspects of "Central Daily News"which are backgrounds of its foundation, organization and management,and newspaper groups involved to carry on the inspection mainly;followed by the research of news propaganda situation of "Central Daily News"deeply;and finally,analyzed the historical contribution and limitation of "Central Daily News"from the perspective of journalism,to show its influence and role in news contemporary history of China,expect to get some understanding to the history of the Second Sino-Japanese War as well as the journalism status in the Kuomintang period.And hope to summarize some regular things base on the study.
