With the development of the technology of computers, the Information Security becomes the sevious problems of various of fields faced to the people. In the early time, the persons pay attention to the technologies for the Information Security, but from 1990s, they focus on the Information Security Management. In particularly, with the guidances of Information Security Management standards, the development of Information Security Management is more fast. However, the intelligentized studies for the Information Security Management are not sufficient at present.Through inducting the Ontologies, constructing the Information Security Management Knowledge Base could improve the level of the intelligentized studies for the Information Security Management and provide effective guidances for the decision-making of Information Security Management. The contents of this paper include:(1) This paper summarizes the actuality of studies for the Information Security Management and the Information Security Management standard-ISO/IEC27002:2005;(2) This paper summarizes the Ontologies and introduces OWL;(3) Based on the ISO/IEC27002:2005, this paper constructs the Ontology for the Knowledge Base System of Information Security Management, and discribes it in OWL;(4) This paper summarizes the reasoning mechanisms of Jena, and realizes the Ontology Search System for the Information Security Management Knowledge Base based on the reasoning mechanisms of Jena. The Ontology for the Knowledge Base System of Information Security Management constructed in this paper and the Ontology Search System make the intelligentized studies for the Information Security Management more abundant. And they can promote the development of Information Security Management.
