Design And Implementation Of Production Management System Based On Oracle EBS

With the broad application of Information Science and Technology,in order to react to the “13th Five-Year plan” of the collaboration between army and resident people,the enterprises proactively improved the IT capacity construction of the military enterprises,enhanced the constant upgrades of military industry,strengthened the army force,according to the government designed development strategy of “13th Five-Year plan”.The enterprise designed the manufacturing management system(i.e.ERP system)based on self-development demand.It connected the traditional manufacturing methods to the information technology,decreased the production and management cost tremendously and made the operation cost of the enterprise measurable.The production management system is an operation mode used in modern enterprise management.It is a highly integrated system applied in the whole enterprise.It covers the management work of customers,suppliers,inventory and procurement,supply and production.By optimizing the resources of enterprises,we can effectively improve the efficiency of production management and make our material procurement and supply the optimal management.The Struts framework is one of the earliest Java open source framework,it is an excellent implementation of MVC design mode.Struts defines the common controller and isolate the model layer from the view layer with the configuration file.It also effectively improved code reuse by packaging the user's request with the Action concept.Financial management had been realized through the second exploration of the ORACLE E-commerce Suite(E-business Suit),then it was deployed upon production,inventory management and main date management module with the Struts framework,thus effectively realized the business management of our enterprise's production,inventory and so on.Finally Using Webservice to enable them to integrate effectively.The article firstly introduced the development history and current application status of production management system at home and abroad.Second it analyzed the business needs of production management,inventory management,master data management along with the financial management.It summarized the business flows and determined the overall framework of production management system.Later on,to adapt to the objective-oriented conception,it classified related function modules and mapped corresponding UML hierarchy,and realized the functionality of each module by means of J2 EE development.It ultimately achieved the integration among production data management system(Team Center 9.1),Golden Abacus financial management system and TCM system(Team Center Manufacture system)by developing the interface using Webservice.It broke the enterprise's business barriers,unified the data source of each business system,achieved the IT process management of manufacturing process,like inventory,production,material,etc.Therefore it reduced the raw material stock,accelerated the cash turnover and enhanced the enterprise's competition ability.This thesis analyzed and researched the real case of production management system design,development and construction of a certain laboratory,which will somehow impact the future domestic IT construction of military enterprises.Further research and practice in the areas like experimental data management system and the manufacturing execution are still needed,in order for the gradual informatization of the enterprise.
