We drew lessons from foreign advanced project management technology and ideas, in order to improve the quality of project and solve existing problems in engineering projects. Shandong power transmission and distribution engineering company engineering project management system can better manage construction personnel, timely understand the problems existing in the construction and put forward solutions. The system can also supervise the construction progress and construction quality and safety issues, to avoid all kinds of construction problems.During the design and implementation process of Shandong power transmission and distribution engineering company engineering project management system, we use the B/S structure to design the system. The core functions of the system are concentrated on the server side. The user at the client side sends a request and accesses operation functions. During designing the code of the system, we used the Java language which has higher security. And we selected the J2EE platform framework to design the system architecture. In the system level architecture design, we used the Hibernate framework and the Spring framework technology. Additional, we chose Oracle 11g database to design the data structure of the system.System realized the following six functions:construction management, project management, safety management, quality management, technology management and leading inquiry. The construction management contains the function of construction preparation, construction statistics, data management, constructing project management, finished project management and quality management; The project management includes the function of project information management, project data management, project planning and implementation, project schedule management, construction coordination management, annual plan query and month focus view seven aspects; The security management includes the function of the safety planning management, safety risk management, safety emergency management and safety inspection management four aspects; The quality management contains the function of planning quality management, preparation quality management, construction quality management and acceptance quality management four aspects; the Technology management includes the function of construction technology management and construction science management two aspects; The leading inquiry includes the function of related staff query, safety education query, process real-time display and construction summarizes four aspects.The design and implementation of this system can improve leaders’ management to the construction personnel during the process of the construction. It makes managers more timely understand of the construction progress, avoiding the unnecessary safety accidents. Also, it can save the expenditure of the human resources, and make the domestic jerry-built projects least to minimize. |
