With the dewelopment of Java Web technology, which based on J2EE technology platform, more and more enterprise applications developed with Java Web technology and organized in B/S architecture. In nowadays, however, with the scale of the enterprise applications constantly expanding and business logics are increasingly complicated, customers have higher demand in development cycle and maintainability of applications. Therefore, more and more developer turned to focus on the issues of structural optimization and performance promotion of Java Web applications development.The system development strategy which based on J2EE tiered model provide a optimization strategy to the development of enterprise applications. Through a introduction of the concept of J2EE tiered model, the standard of tiers dividing and tiers' realization technology, this article expatiated a explicit develop method which is using open source frameworks to implement J2EE tiered model. Meanwhile, through the J2EE core patterns analysis for every tier's inner realization, the article expatiated how to use frameworks to found every tier with a optimization strategy which is base on J2EE core patterns. On this basis, combined with the development of CG animation production project management system, As the prerequisite to the demand analysis and systems modular design, the article made a Detail design for server representation tier, business tier and persistant tier of CG project management system, on the use of a frameworks assembly which contained Struts, Spring, and Hibernate Framworks, meanwhile made a performance optimization for the browser tier with ajax technology. Practices had proved that with the using of J2EE tier model and modular design of system, the architecture of application had been effectively optimized and the maintainability, scalability, and the reusing of system components had been significantly improved.
