The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Quality Evaluation System

Computer technology has been applied to various fields, it can improve working efficiency and management level which includes school. At present,the school has introduce various information systems, such as enrollment management system, and teaching resources management system. But the school still uses manual mode to deal with the evaluation of teaching quality business which can not meet the registry need, since the efficiency is very low. Therefore, the registry decides to introduce teaching quality evaluation system to improve efficiency.The system is implemented by J2 EE, SQL Server2012, and B/S. The J2 EE platform is used to develop code, the SQL Server2012 is used to store data. Since the system is implemented by B/S mode, the user can deal with the evaluation of teaching quality business. The system consists of Safety protection, evaluation program management, teaching evaluation, evaluation results publicity and basic data management. The thesis has done the valuable work as follows:(1)The teaching quality evaluation model is constructed by 360 degree evaluation method which consists of student evaluation model, teacher evaluation model, and leader evaluation model, the teaching quality evaluation results are obtained through setting corresponding right.(2)In order to improve efficiency, the system introduces SMS notification function, and E-mail notification function which can sendevaluation result to teachers. The SMS notification function is implemented by SMS cat, the E-mail notification function is implemented by Email component. And the blocking queue technology is introduced which can send mass tasks.(3)The thesis design a security solution, it includes parallel server technology and backup strategies which can protect data.At present, the system has been applied to school which is used to deal with quality evaluation business, After a period of time of operation, the system run stable, the teaching evaluation model can realize the impartiality of teaching quality evaluation,and it can meet the need of teaching quality evaluation.
