Wireless transmission is frequently currently used in the field of communication at present. In this paper, a Wi-Fi-based wireless sensor acquisition and transmission module is designed according to the actual project application.In the design, after processing of the standard analog signal from sensor through the filter circuit, analog to digital conversion circuitry and digital processing, send the signal to to the receiver in Wi-Fi communication mode via the wireless module, which is to improve the flexibility of the sensor, and reduce aircraft design complexity caused by wiring, while improving payload than the aircraft.The design of the Wi-Fi wireless acquisition and transmission module use ADS8365 as the AD converter module, FPGA as the main control unit, and CC3200 is to wireless communication. In the design,the 0 ~ 5V analog output signal of the sensor will be primarily processed by a second-order active low-pass filter, using FPGA to control ADS8365 to sample analog signals with 10 K sampling rate,and then quantized as 16-bit binary data which is then accurately filtered through the FIR filter, and then encode the processed digital signal and store in the asynchronous FIFO in FPGA. Finally CC3200 read data in asynchronous FIFO within the FPGA, after decoding the parity and extracting effective datas, regrouping and encoding, implementing the wireless communication through the internal Wi-Fi network subsystem, and the effective data transfer rates up to 60 KB / s.、The actual test of the module based on Wi-Fi wireless acquisition and transmission contains two ways including sub-signal generator analog test and vibration test chamber actual test. In simulation test standard Sine wave signal and noise signal are mixed to be analog input noise, in actual vibration laboratory test, using the three vibration sensors developed at the University of North as an actual signal input, the data from in two ways will be collected and analyzed, which indicates high precision designed collection module AD acquisition, the sampling rate meets project requirements. The FIR filter FPGA real time, filtering effect in line with the actual working environment demand module. Wireless communication distance, bit error rate meet the actual project application.
