Advanced navigational measuring instruments and turbine equipment which are equipped generally in Modern ships provide for the ship’s normal navigation data. However, because of the location of many instruments on the hull rather scattered, it is not only not easy for professionals on board to understand and analyze the overall condition of the ship, but also bring out the security risks to the ship’s navigation. There has been some research and technological development in the field of ship data integration abroad since2000, while domestic research in this area is in its infancy. This topic is based on a practical application project of Dalian Maritime university school ship, aimed to meeting the requirements of centralized control of the ship data processing, and a system of ship motion data acquisition is designed and accomplished.The ship data acquisition system combines advanced embedded processing technology, data acquisition technology and wireless communication technology, and it focus ship movement data on one platform, which make it easier for ship drivers to monitor and manage the data of nautical instrument and engine and resulting in improving the safety of the ship performance. In software part, the system follow the protocol standard of navigational equipment on board and engineer equipment communication interface, design the corresponding resolution protocol and wireless communication protocols based on part of the digital data and analog data from the ship, and ensure the validity and reliability of the ship when the data transmission. What’s more, the system adopt the short-range wireless communications technology to send and receive movement data and engine data that collected on the ship, which provides technical support for the ship’s normal driving.In hardware part, AT91SAM7S64is used for data processing and analysis in this system, and Latium Designer software is also adoppted to complete hardware schematic and PCB design, then the work of components of the welding and commissioning of the PCB is done, the next step, it takes C language to develop the entire project, including the analog to digital converter module, the serial communication module, data analysis processing software modules, in order to making the entire hardware system to perform fully. The system is applied to the actual ship on stage after repeated tests in the laboratory. The field test results show that the data collected by the centralized control platform and ship instruments scattered data consistent. The system can reflect the data measured by each instrument accurately in real time, thus completing the mission of Dalian Maritime school ship control data. It is a national nautical measuring instruments and simulation data of the turbine equipment for the first time to deal with centralized control, has a certain practical value and promotion of the control areas of the ship data.
