The data acquisition system based on wireless sensor network(WSN)can meet the real-time,high-efficiency and flexible monitoring requirements,and it is a research and development hotspot in the fields of civil structure monitoring and environmental monitoring.WSN-based data communication methods can be classified into singleradio single-channel,single-radio multi-channel and multi-radio multi-channel(MRMC).Among them,the MR-MC communication mode realizes full-duplex communication of the wireless sensor network,which not only helps to improve the network capacity,but also has certain advantages in load balancing,reliability and communication delay.Therefore,this paper studies the key technologies and implementation methods of MR-MC WSN data collection,aiming at optimizing the data collection performance of wireless monitoring systems for civil structure health monitoring.Addressing the high sampling rate and low power consumption requirements of structural monitoring,we explore the wireless communication mode of multi-radio multi-channel multi-power(MR-MC-MP)through Matlab based simulation.And a new binary meta-heuristic optimization algorithm combining algorithm of flower pollination algorithm and particle algorithm(BFPA-PSO)is proposed to solve the joint optimization problem of link scheduling and allocation of radio,channel and power level in MR-MC-MP WSN.The simulation results based on MATLAB show that the MR-MC-MP communication mode has higher network capacity and lower average power consumption by comparing with the communication mode of single-radio singlechannel single-power and single-radio multi-channel single-power.At the same time,the algorithm of BFPA-PSO is compared with other common swarm intelligence algorithms and their hybrid algorithms as well.The results demonstrate that BFPA-PSO has obvious advantages in convergence and global optimization.The MR-MC wireless data acquisition system based on CC2530 RF transceiver is designed,including wireless data acquisition node,base station node and host computer software.The hardware circuit of the wireless data collection node mainly includes a higly efficient power management module,dual transceiver modules,a low noise analog signal acquisition module,and a digital sensors module.The base station node aggregates the data of the acquisition node and forwards it to the upper computer.Its hardware design mainly includes the CC2530 transceiver module and the virtual USB serial communication circuit.Based on the underlying protocol stack of Simplici TI,a practical high-level MR-MC communication protocol is designed to achieve efficient wireless data transmission.The wireless data collection node uses direct memory access to achieve efficient data collection without CPU intervention.The PC monitoring center software is mainly based on MATLAB GUIDE platform and My SQL database,which can realize real-time display,query and storage of sensor data,and configuration of parameters related to wireless data collection nodes and base station nodes.The experimental test results and analysis show that the designed wireless data acquisition system has several merits including long transmission distance,low packet loss rate,high sampling rate,high throughput rate and so on,which basically can meet the data collection performance requirements of the structural monitoring applications.
