Research On Mobile Communication Project Management Based On PMMM Maturity Model

Mobile communication with the socio-economic development and progress has also been rapid development.China's mobile communications engineering construction requirements with the mobile communications market at this stage increasingly fierce competition and continuous improvement.However,there are still many unstable factors in the process of building mobile communication engineering.At the present stage,the management level of the project is relatively backward.Therefore,in view of this situation,we must design a set of communication engineering project characteristics consistent with the project management system,so that enterprises to their project management level assessment,continuous optimization and improvement.In this paper,the status of project management of A City Mobile Company is well understood by field investigation,and the maturity of project management is evaluated based on PMMM project management maturity model.According to the results of the assessment,the company is currently in the PMMM model in the third level of project management level,are higher management level.In this result,the author has successfully designed the logical and detailed structure of the project management system of A City Mobile Company,focusing on the module structure of the management system in the logical structure design,the communication mode between the modules and the three modules in the detailed structure design,Plan execution,control analysis)of the communication methods were described,and for the development of A company more mature to make a clear and detailed path planning.
