With the advent of the 4G era in China,the competition among the three major domestic operators has gradually transformed from the competition of price into the competition of the cellular network,business and service.Explosive growth of the Internet economy,customer loyalty is becoming more and more important.How to improve customers perception,promote customers to spread positive image,and bring the dominant value to enterprises has become a new subject faced with the operators.Recently,in the wireless engineering project of the mobile network of Shaanxi LT company,20% to 25% of Shaanxi LT's mobile network wireless projects have been invested exclusively to enhance the NPS value which represents customers' reputation.It's difficult to control the project schedule in such kind of project,due to the huge scale and tight schedule,with the relatively poor external environment and the long internal management process.The completion of this kind of project on time and quality means the actual embodiment of "All for the customer,all for the market,all for the front-line".From the company level,it is directly related to the operation and management of the company.Schedule problem has become the core issue of the whole NPS improvement project management.To solve the problems mentioned above,this paper reviews the concepts,theories,and research status of project management and project schedule management in journals and books at home and abroad in recent years.Using the method of integrating theory with practice,the paper combines the relevant theoretical basis of project management and schedule management with NPS improvement project,the planning,and planning control of this kind of project schedule management are discussed.And then the schedule work of the NPS improvement project is decomposed and the construction duration is estimated,and the project schedule Gantt chart is drawn and the project schedule is compiled.On the basis,the implementation and control of the project schedule plan are studied and analyzed.The overall control framework of the project schedule of the NPS improvement project of the cellular communication network is formed.Moreover,the project schedule monitoring,the project deviation comparison analysis,and the project schedule control adjustment are discussed respectively.Last but not least,for the schedule control of NPS improvement project,the safeguard measures of project organization structure,material purchasing,safety production and external environment are put forward.In this paper,network problems mapped by the hot complaint grid are closely related with the network optimization and network construction.The purpose of this study is to turn any network problems to be solved that need new equipment into a dedicated project of network construction.Through scientific project management methods,we can comprehensively manage and diminish the network construction problems that may reduce the number of customer complaints,so as to enhance customer perception and thereby enhancing the network NPS value.It has a good practical significance for solving the project planning and schedule control and improving the management level of NPS improvement project.Simultaneously,it can also provide some reference for similar papers.
