China has embraced abundant culture due to its 5000 years history. Although catering and food consumption have been increasing continuously, a classical catering process can not adapt to economic development because its process, from food material, food material stocking, order to closing account, is time-consuming and inefficient. In this situation, it is necessary for our company to find a high-standard and efficient information management system that is a model for managers to guide decisions. This system can expand company’s business and guarantee its branches quality.System through rapid and timely service for customer, humanized management makes the software which is convenient for the users to get started quickly, computer ultra low error probabilities and efficient processing ability makes the original complex catering management easy and pleasant. In the early stage of system development, a lot of time to collect the relevant information and theory of the construction of the food and beverage system, pay attention to some food and beverage magazines and periodicals. On the domestic and foreign catering information management system for the investigation and study, decided to use the J2 EE and B/S framework to build the system, the background to connect the database and the software development process to sort out. The research goal of this article is to build a set of their own food and beverage information management system, chain catering enterprises on the current food and beverage industry to thrive, the need to expand the scale of access to more profits. Based on the analysis of the system requirements, the paper designs and develops four main modules of the system login, menu management, cash register management, system maintenance, and through them to achieve the management of the catering information. Development system through the system test, the main function to meet the design requirements. Few months day and night boil war eventually completed the sandalwood building information management system development, of course, because many function modules of the refinement of the development time limit needs gradually strengthened.
