Cost control and operation control is an important part of food and beverage business management,and it plays an important role in improving the efficiency and benefit of the production and sales of catering enterprises.At present,the reform process of the management mode of China's hotel catering service industry is comparatively slow and many old-fashioned management methods are still in use.In order to improve the management efficiency and standardize the management process of catering enterprises,the development of suitable catering service management software has become an urgent business need of catering enterprises.In particular,because the store sales directly cater to the public consumers,the development of store sales system to improve service efficiency and quality has become an important software application.With the business management of a catering company as an example,this project develops a store sales system,addressing the business requirements and characteristics of the direct sales system.In this thesis,the whole process from system requirement analysis to system design and implementation is described in detail.This thesis first introduces the related technologies of the system implementation,including the basic structure of the system development framework,the basic concepts and principles of WebService,the main programming language and the structure characteristics and operation method of the general non-drive non-contact IC card and its reader.Secondly,after the system analysis and design based on software engineering theory and method,addressing the problems like the use case model,module division and database design of the store sales system,this project provides the system's business flow chart,use case diagram,system structure diagram,function module diagram and completes the design of the order management,inventory management,sales management,card service center,settlement management and personnel management,etc.Then,this thesis gives the realization of the key function module and the test cases of the key function modules.The system has the characteristics of simple and easy-to-understand interface and easy maintenance.The practical application results show that the system can meet the needs of a catering company store sales business,and realize the informatization of store management,improve the service quality and reduce the operating costs,so that the enterprise has a better market competitiveness.
