In the continuous development of science and technology,product innovation,market fast changing modern society,advanced management methods to improve the enterprise management level and operational efficiency of enterprises plays a vital role.How to use the resources reasonably and increase the effectiveness of the management process is an important issue that needs to be explored and developed in the process of modern enterprise management.In order to improve the level of management of catering enterprises,improve the quality of service,cont rol the cost of enterprise operations,we need to design and implement a set catering enterprises in the daily management of each link of the catering man agement system suitable.Through the research of catering enterprises daily management work and social related technology maturity.In this paper,the design of the system using method of combination of C / s and B / S architecture and uses the J2 EE frame structure model to achieve.C / S structure of the system is mainly for consumers to use,B / S struct ure of the system is mainly used for catering enterprises internal management and the enterprise network marketing,in the frame structure of the development,the J2 EE framework is the current application of the technology is relatively mature.Development in the first of the system needs analysis,clear system functional requirements and non functional requirements and use UML(Unified Modeling Language)according to the partition of system function gradually give the system use case diagram,structure diagram.Then system analysis and design For the overall design and function module design,the system will be divided into eight functional modules,such as material management module,kitchen management module,service management module,financial management module,human resources management module,module of quality management,market management module and system management module,and gives the function module class diagram and activity diagram.And then,by analyzing the system database,the design metho d of the database E-R diagram and some data table is given.At last,the implementation process of the system is given,and the function and performance of the system are evaluated.System to achieve the catering enterprises in the daily management process in the management of goods and materials,kitchen management,service management,financial management,human resource management,quality management,market management and system management,through cooperation of each function module of the system,managers can master all aspects of business operations,in order to improve the efficiency of business operations,reduce operating costs provide important tool support in system development,based on the basis of the existing technology,increase some reflected into the enterprise characteristic and the restaurant features a small game,the enterprise brand erect Tim optical add color.
