Design And Implementation Of Risk Monitoring Management System For Yulin Local Taxation Catering Industry

The catering industry is an important part of the national economy.The development level of the catering industry reflects the income growth of urban and rural residents.With the increase of the number of taxpayers in catering industry,it is very important to supplement the duty of tax revenue.In response to the call of the local taxation bureaus in Shaanxi Province,a set of scientific and effective risk monitoring and management system for catering industry was established,which helps monitor and manage the catering industry and detection the tax-related risk early.This paper analyzes the sampling and form the index system of tax risk in catering industry,and analyzes the problems existing in the field of tax management and the tax risk.In the process of requirement analysis,the business logic process of the system is analyzed.Then,according to the different modules in the logic process,the detailed requirements modeling and use case diagram are given.After analyzing the relationship among entities in the system,the data entities in the system are analyzed and modeled.Then the non-functional requirements including response time,stability,reliability and security are analyzed and expounded.Secondly,according to the principles of feasibility,openness,easy modification,extensibility and modularization of application structure design,the paper puts forward a variety of technologies,such as Mybatis,Vraptor,Jquery,Easy UI,etc.According to the characteristics of multi-layer architecture and business process,the database design of the application system is completed,and the E-R diagram of the application system is given.Then,according to the principle of top-down,the five functional modules,such as tax-related data management,risk data management,risk monitoring management,evaluation and analysis,back-office management,etc.,are described with detailed definition and implementation of classes.At the same time,classes are described with text about the run-time input and output.Finally the design and implementation of functional modules is completed.In the phase of design and implementation of the system,the test work is employed.After determining the test environment,writing detailed test cases,modules are tested one by one.At the same time,response time,concurrent user support and other non-functional requirements are also tested in detail.After the test results are completed,the analysis shows that the system implementation meets the system construction expectations.Finally,it is proved that the Yulin Taxation Restaurant Risk Monitoring and Management System can effectively improve the quality of taxation management in the catering industry.The system improves the taxpayer's tax compliance,and helps improve the accuracy of statistics,analysis,forecast and decision-making of the catering industry.But there are still some shortcomings in respects of stability and efficiency,which are waiting to be improved in the future.
