The evolution of the third generation mobile communication to the fourth generation mobile communication technology has brought the upgrade of mobile communication technology and the further broadband wireless communication technology. LTE includes two kinds of time division duplex and frequency division duplex. When the bandwidth is20 MHz, the downlink peak rate of 100 Mbps and the uplink peak value of 50 Mbps can be reached.
