Emergency broadcasting system is an important content of national public emergency system and disaster prevention and mitigation system. And it is the authoritative sources of emergent information. Emergency broadcasting system is a fundamental public service. The construction of emergency broadcast system is the responsibility of governments at all levels.When public emergency happens, the public life and property safety can be protected properly with the aid of unique social and public service function of emergency broadcasting system. And the healthy and stable social order also can be maintained. At present, our country has not established the emergency broadcasting system. According to the 12 th five-year period cultural reform and development planning outline, the development of emergency broadcasting equipment is urgent.The structure of intelligent terminal of wild emergency broadcasting system is researched in this thesis. The intelligent terminal designed in this thesis can be used in all kinds of severe field environment, such as coast, plateau and desert. The intelligent terminal can receive the remote forced awaken instruction and begin the emergency broadcasting under severe field environment. The intelligent terminal has abilities of dust prevention, sunscreen, anti-corrosion, waterproof, insect prevention, and so on. At the same time, the installation type can be system bar-braced, wall-mounted or floor-stand on the basis of environmental conditions. The internal function modules of the intelligent terminal are adopted to be hot-swappable component structure form. The installation and maintenance is very convenient. The cost of construction and maintenance can be reduced effectively.The research of this thesis is executed on the basis of the overall requirements of intelligent terminal of wild emergency broadcasting system. The main work is shown as follows.(1) The working principle, structure composition, system layout of intelligent terminal of wild emergency broadcasting system are proposed. And the whole structure design scheme is analyzed.(2) The built-in functional units of intelligent terminal are simulated and designed.(3) The design requirements of external cabinet structure are formulated. The external cabinet structure is designed according to the requirements. Then the strength of amount position is verified(4) The whole structure to assemble simulation test is simulated. The technical requirements documents for process are formulated. The full sets of parts are machined and the principled sample machine is amounted. Then the design requirements and structure function is verified according to the results of sample machine test.
