Research On The Development Of Emergency Broadcasting For Radio Stations

Although human society and economy have achieved unprecedented rapid development in the 21st century,people still cannot completely avoid the losses caused by extreme natural disasters caused by environmental destruction and natural evolution,and the detuning of human society's own operations.Especially after the disaster occurred,the related disaster relief information could not be communicated in a timely manner.As a result,the affected people could not get help and could not communicate with the outside world.They could not receive spiritual support and timely rescue,which further worsened the situation.Broadcasting is the most widely used and fastest-moving mass media tool.When sudden natural disasters,terrorist attacks,outbreaks,and other public crises occur,the Emergency Broadcasting broadcast format can provide a simple and quick channel for information dissemination,and at the very first time,it can transmit disaster-related information to the public.In the hands of the public,let the public know what happened,how to withdraw,how to avoid risks,and how to minimize losses.At the same time,after the disaster,emergency radio broadcasts through timely and accurate information transmission have a very important role in pacifying the sentiment of affected people and in mobilizing the power of the nation to cope with sudden disasters.This paper consists of six chapters:The first chapter expounds the background,significance of the research,research content and research structure,as well as the status quo of emergency broadcast academic research,and points out the main innovations and deficiencies of the paper;The connotation,concept and audience theory of broadcasting are summarized.The third chapter introduces the development history of China's emergency broadcasting,the construction of relevant institutional systems,as well as public awareness and demand issues,and summarizes the relevant construction experience of national emergency broadcasting.The fourth chapter is the development background of Jinan emergency broadcasting construction.This chapter describes the background of Jinan traffic broadcasting and emergency broadcasting construction,and summarizes the direction and difficulties of Jinan emergency broadcasting construction.The fifth chapter focuses on Jinan emergency broadcasting audience research,trying to study and discuss from the perspective of audience.The effect of Jinan emergency broadcast construction.The design of the questionnaire was based on literature research and expert discussions.After analyzing the results of the questionnaire,the author extracted and summarized the problems existing in the development of emergency broadcasting in Jinan,summarized the corresponding experience in building emergency broadcasting on the basis of traffic broadcasting,and put forward suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction of the audience in the next step.The sixth chapter carries out the research summary and future prospects of the thesis,including paper work,paper contribution and prospects.This research mainly includes the following research results:(1)Based on the collection of a large amount of literature data,the paper reviews the development of domestic and international emergency broadcasting,summarizes relevant domestic literature,and finally analyzes and summarizes the important impact on the development of emergency broadcasting.Factors and advanced experience in foreign emergency broadcast construction.(2)Questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the degree of acceptance and satisfaction of Jinan emergency radio in the minds of the people,and put forward valuable suggestions for the construction and development of the next-generation emergency radio in Jinan.(3)From the perspective of development,a study was conducted on the construction of emergency broadcasting in Jinan City,and according to official data and expert interview results,targeted improvement suggestions were made on the corresponding issues.It is even more helpful to guide and promote the construction and development of regional emergency broadcasting.It is of great significance to meet people's needs and expectations for the development of emergency broadcasting.
