In recent years,the frequent appearance of natural disasters and emergencies at home and abroad has made the construction of emergency communications and related technology research to be widely concerned.At present,most of the existing communication networks are based on stable and reliable communication infrastructure,which will cause communication interruption if the facilities are damaged.It becomes a popular topic that how to make sure the communication security in an unsxpected situation.According to anlyze the demands of network and business and combine the advantages and features of wireless Mesh network,this thesis designs and realizes a wireless Mesh emergency communication system based on the intelligent terminals.This thesis has completed the overall designs of wireless Mesh emergency communication system based on intelligent terminals.Firstly,the IP is designed for the wireless Mesh network,so that the system can carry a variety of multimedia services.Secondly,to draw up the application layer protocol within the system and make sure the correct sending and receiving of datas,so that it can provide data transmission service support for various applications.Finally,a real-time audio and video transmission scheme for wireless Mesh network is proposed and the synchronization scheme between audio and video is designed.This thesis has designed and implemented the wireless Mesh emergency terminal software based on Android system.According to load the wireless Mesh communication module driver,the terminal software could configure the IP and then complete the addition of the users on the network.According to the speech communication protocol of high quality guarantee,the related API function of voice dispatching communication function of Push to Talk(PTT)is designed to realize the function of setting and acquiring the parameters of broadcast,single call,group call and module with QOS guarantee.The data protocol based on virtual network card extends and realizes multimedia communication functions such as text message sending,file transfer,voice call and video call.After testing,the system can realize PTT voice dispatch communication between multiple users and point-to-point multimedia integrated service communication anytime and anywhere without any additional infrastructure.It can be applied in various application scenarios such as emergency command and rescue,real-time environmental monitoring,and team field activities under major emergencies.
