In recent years,with the increasing number of natural disasters and large-scale emergencies.Emergency broadcasting has shown its special advantages and irreplaceable role in releasing information timely and guiding the public opinions in the process of natural disasters and emergencies.This thesis designs and implements an emergency broadcasting return supervision system based on various network infrastructure,intelligent management and control technology.Aiming at the limits of data transmission security,reliability and expandability of service functions in emergency broadcasting return supervision system.This thesis is based on the analysis of traditional broadcasting system business functions.MySQL data storage technology,Nginx service agent technology,WEB technology and GIS data visualization technology are adopted to implement emergency broadcasting return supervision system,contains: GIS map partition binding,priority control,transmission channel downgraded cut and so on.The main work and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The development of emergency broadcasting system at home and abroad is analyzed,and the related technologies of the system are emphatically analyzed,including MySQL database storage technology,Nginx server proxy,mainstream WEB technology and so on.(2)In view of the security and reliability of data communication in the system,the server middleware is constructed by using Nginx server proxy.the front and back ends are fully separated.The emergency broadcasting module and video patrol module are implemented by using JavaScript and GIS data visualization technology.The functions of priority control,transmission channel downgrading and video patrol are supported,implementing supervision combined with returned information,the security and reliability of the system are improved.(3)Combining with HTTP communication interface protocol and data push mode,the database table is structurally designed.The business flow chart of each functional module is designed,and the functions of each module are implemented The functions of user access,user privilege setting,timing broadcasting,real-time broadcasting and video patrol are implemented concretely.(4)The function and performance of the emergency broadcasting return supervision system are tested,and the test results verify that the system meets the design requirements.
