The Design And Implementation Of Project Management System Based On Web

With the development of modern society and the wide application of IT technology, network applications are being used in more and more scenarios, such as instant messaging, data query, financial management, etc. These all need to use the Internet technology, especially Web technology to achieve.Internet/Intranet/WWW technology is becoming more mature and the resources and applications are becoming more and more abundant, which provides an ideal environme nt for the construction of project management system. In this easy to access and ubiquito us computing environment, people can effectively integrate and coordinate all kinds of distributed information resources through the project management system to promote the efficient realization of business objectives. In this paper, a general project manage me nt system based on Web is described, and the design, working model and process instance of the system are discussed in detail.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the existing situation of project manage me nt in the school, the practical difficulties faced by the project manager, to develop a suitable project management system, so as to improve the project management efficiency, reduce the waste of resources, and facilitate the exchange of various business systems. Make project management more efficient, more simple, more secure to the user, whether it is the application of the project, the project implementation, or the project’s knot, so that more in-depth excavation project to share the results of the project, so that the applicatio n of resources to upgrade a level.School projects a wide variety of management confusion, the process is also changing, the need for me in the overall design of the aspects involved in all aspects, design reasonable, compliance, application system is not only the system needs to consider the problem, more users can have a clear process planning and project planning. The process of this system is based on the existing process system of Chengdu Industria l Vocational and technical school, and can be seamlessly connected with the school OA. The system’s login verification is also based on the school’s UUM(unified user management) system. The information exchange between the systems uses the Web Service interface technology. In this paper, more attention is placed on the project management itself, from the project start, project implementation, project supervis io n, project evaluation, to the project results of the entire project life cycle to carry out careful design. The school can also achieve the unified planning and coordination of the project through the use of this system to achieve the unified planning and coordination of the project.System design, the development of the C# as the basis for the application of objectoriented programming, the use of object-oriented analysis method to design and implementation of the system, so that the software design process to achieve the purpose of control.On the basis of the above, this paper designs and implements a complete project management software system based on Web, which is a good way for the other business system software of Chengdu industrial vocational technical school.
