The Design And Implementation Of Remote ECG Signal Acquisiton System

Nowadays, heart disease is a serious threat to the life and safety of our country’s heart disease patients in our daily life, especially for the elderly with heart disease.It is not realistic to make a large number of people to be monitored in hospital beds for a long time. Therefore, it is very necessary to design a remote ECG signal acquisition system based on Internet.This thesis expounds the overall design scheme of Remote ECG acquisition system,and the realization of software and hardware.As to Remote ECG acquisition system design, firstly, extract the heart ECG signal from the surface of human skin through the way of standard I lead. The signal is amplified and filtered by signal conditioning circuit.Then it is sampled by controlling system.It turned into digital signal,and then the signal is transmitted to PC by the bluetooth module with serial port driver.At the computer terminal,though the client,the patient can see his own ECG data and send his own ECG data and identity information to the database for the subsequent diagnosis results.The patient’s ECG information was acquired by the doctor in the remote diagnostic software, and then the diagnosis were uploaded to the database system,accomplishing the feedback of the result.The main work of this thesis includes realization of hardware and software.In the hardware,the system include signal conditioning circuit, controller sampling circuit.In software,C language is adopted to complete the analog ECG signal sampling,digital filtering and serial data transmission procedures. The Visual Studio 2013 platform is used to develope the ECG acquisition client and remote diagnostic software.The MySQL database server is built, and the corresponding data table is designed to store all kinds of data,then corresponding functional test is carried out on the system.This thesis studies and implements a remote ECG signal acquisition system.The acquisition and remote transmission of ECG signals and the feedback of the results of diagnosis are realized.The scheme can be applied to situations such as irregular ECG monitoring and diagnosis for those elderly living in nursing home and community remote medical service and so on,thus it has practical value.
