In recent years,the dangerous chemicals transport accidents become more and more,mainly because dangerous vehicles are not monitored in the process of driving dangerous chemicals.With the growing of domestic demand for monitoring of dangerous goods vehicles,the effectiveness and reliability requirements of dangerous goods vehicle monitoring system are gradually increasing as well.The use of dangerous goods vehicle monitoring system can provide effective and real-time supervision for dangerous goods vehicles and avoid the appearance of stealing oil and gas and the emergence of traffic accidents,and it also can reduce the occurrence of hazardous materials leakage accident and provide a reliable basis for the verification of the relevant incident in time.Therefore,in order to improve the safety of dangerous goods vehicles,it is necessary to develop a hazardous vehicle monitoring system based on Andriod and BDS(China BeiDou Navigation Satellite System).Hazard vehicle monitoring system is based on Andriod and BDS technology and achieves the monitoring for specific location of dangerous vehicles.Hazardous vehicle monitoring system involves the key technology of nmea protocol analysis,Android BDS JNI,Framework modification and application testing software apk development.The system uses SQL Server2014 database to store all kinds of data and mainly designs fence table,regional table,vehicle data table,fuel consumption table,image collection table.Hazardous vehicle monitoring system mainly achieves the electronic fence and vehicle positioning tracking,report query and terminal control.Electronic fence and vehicle positioning tracking achieves the fence management,eagle eye map,regional management,vehicle status and location management.The report query realizes the status query,the ACC status inquiry,the alarm record inquiry,the login and logout inquiry,the forward and reverse query,the sensor inquiry,the speed screening,the image inquiry,the vehicle information inquiry,the log inquiry,the starting and flameout inquiry,the open and close of the door inquiry,Mileage statistics,trip statistics,fuel consumption statistics,temperature statistics,brake statistics and online statistics.Terminal control achieves the vehicle list,vehicle search,right-hand command issued,DB44 device instructions and standard equipment instructions.Hazardous vehicle monitoring system is responsible for the monitoring and control of the operation status of the hazardous vehicle,people use the system to complete the monitoring of various types of data in transport of dangerous goods vehicles,and ultimately through the application of dangerous goods vehicle monitoring system,provide convenience for users to query monitor information report,track vehicle status and control terminal instruction,enable users to complete real-time maintenance and monitoring regardless of location or time,this ensures the accuracy and credibility of the monitoring data of the dangerous goods vehicle.
