As the publishing history of the national Commerce-organization Newspaper——“Business Daily of Yingkou” is the longest and the widest in the Northeast Modern Press history in its field,it is a successful model and an important representative.The academic circles has not yet carried out any specialized research on “Business Daily of Yingkou”.The difficult process of modern Chinese History and the special nature of the Northeast history made the life course of “Business Daily of Yingkou” more ups and downs than the newspapers of any other parts of china.Late Qing Dynasty,Northern Warlords,Manchurian warlord,National Government,Puppet Manchukuo,these five clear distinct political ecology and news policies are the decisive factor which influence “Business Daily of Yingkou” survival and development.Besides,the abnormal variation of social economy,social structure and social culture also brought tremendous challenges to “Business Daily of Yingkou”.These difficult situation made the newspaper office make a rational use of Outer Media Ecology and a reasonable adjustments to Inner Media Ecology,which made “Business Daily of Yingkou” be a successful model in the field of modern newspapers in Northeast Region.And it’s successful experience have a reference value to nowadays medium.In short,the mainly use of the method of literature survey and the combine of the theory of Media Ecology,Media System,Media Spirit to track the background of “Business Daily of Yingkou” is an important entry point to make a full view of national newspapers in Northeast.The study not only can enrich the content of Northeast newspaper research,but also can provide an historical reference for nowadays medium and will make a contribute to the healthy media ecology.
