Arrival of the new media age, the traditional TV media is facing severe challenges, the television media in order to seek life in the fierce competition, they should take the unique, distinctive routes to attract audiences. Inner Mongolia Television rely on its unique strengths to shape the national culture unique national cultural transmission image, which is an important way obtained its place in the fierce competition in the television ratings. The " HEAVEN OF LAND " as a national television station in Inner Mongolia cultural and geographical characteristics of a color profile brand program since its launch in 2004, it had widely influence all over the nation,so it has an important research value.Based on the " HEAVEN OF LAND " Narrative Strategy and Communication situation, analyzes summed up some of the problems in the dissemination programs exist in the process, and the corresponding solution strategy.
