In the 21st century, as one of the traditional media, broadcast is in the face of the huge impact of the Internet. For the broadcast it is right to be settled or try to transform? Fortunately, a group of Internet radio sadly has grown up. It appeared on the Internet platform in the shape of new form, new orientation and new concept. It brings traditional broadcast a new angle of view from content to form. As extension of traditional broadcasting Internet radio enriches the characteristics of the traditional broadcasting. Something new is booming, and necessarily brings us new phenomena. We have to comprehend and study these new phenomena.Commercial Internet radio is an important part of the network broadcasting. At present several commercial network broadcasting, which develop rapidly, began to adopt the PGC+UGC content production mode. This kind of content production mode is the mode, which combines the professional content production code and the user-generated content production mode. It can not only enrich the content of the page, but also can meet the various needs of different audience. The only difference is, PGC or UGC accounts for different proportion of the content production. With the rapid development of the user-generated content production mode the proportion of UGC begins little by little exceed the proportion of PGC. Under the background of the rise of Internet radio, in the case of 《Emotional perception》, using virtual ethnography research method, and through the program growth process the article tries to study the host system operation strategy under the user-generated content production mode and explore the growing phase of the program.Why the topic is 《A girl and her "sunflower" record》, and there are two reasons. One of them is, that Network anchor is just like a greenhouse girl, and what customer (user) ultimately see is delicate and charming flowers (podcasts). However, greenhouse girls only exist in the customers’phones. Greenhouse girls from day to day are wearing headphones, holding air drafts and hard planting flowers, warm dreams of every audience. The second reason is that as the object of study of this article it takes the author 3 years to develop Internet radio 《Emotional perception》.From the original voices to the later developed formed program and till now the radio already owns 110000 fans. It is a growing process for the author. The author’s screen name is "Miss sunflower" and on the album of the program there is a sun flower.Through the analysis and the research this article draws a conclusion:Internet radio users are more young, much more live in economically developed areas, and their academic degree is almost higher or lower junior college, their wage income is between 2000 yuan and 5000 yuan, and majority of them is self-employed and comes from service group. Men accounts for higher proportion. Their expectation for Internet radio is very different from for traditional radio. They are more willing to understand the world, entertain life, seek comfort, enrich his knowledge through the network voice, and it has become a trend. As long as there is WIFI you can find your fond shows and anchors from large amount of voices. So, that how to stand out in the vast amount of audio became the question, which most concerns NJ (network anchor). This is just the question of business strategy.The article is divided into six parts:In the first part author deep expatiates topic, emphasizes the importance and significance of the topic, and expatiates the application of virtual ethnography in this article.In the second part author mainly elaborates several involved concepts in the article, including the concept of network broadcasting and its classification, the concept of user-generated content of commercial network broadcasts as a subsystem, the concept of the Himalayan, and current situation of 《Emotional perception》In the third part by using participatory observation personal networking radio is scanned panoramically. Author compares NJ to greenhouse girl, and compares crude production equipment and sound field to greenhouse, compares the existing situation of personal Internet radio to earth, compares the advantages and disadvantages of shows to stand or fall of flower seeds, compares editors’ recommendations of shows to sunshine, compares customers to users.In the fourth part is introduced growth stage of personal Internet radio, from self-satisfaction to meeting the audience’s feelings through two small story and an interview.In the fifth part author introduces the strategy about increase of fans for the personal network broadcasting in the pleasant stage, including the program arrangement, the program interaction, and the way of how...
