Existing domestic and international market for personal health care products and systems, and these products are mainly focused on the the single physiological indices such as ECG, blood oxygen, blood pressure or blood sugar monitoring and data analysis respectively. This based database designed to ignore the intrinsic link between the various indicators, the data structure must not conducive to the integration of resources and analytical assessment. The same time, the medical information industry in China is still in its infancy, the data standards of the industry as a whole is extremely confusing, difficult to achieve data exchange between heterogeneous systems, this bound is not conducive to long-term development of the health surveillance.R&D institutions at home and abroad have been aware of the problems in the existing monitoring system, carried out various studies. Zou Na, who put forward the improvement of existing storage management model in the database level, in-depth data mining; proposed by Wang Haishun et al. Use HL7and XML technology to achieve information exchange and integration between heterogeneous systems, heterogeneous health data sharing ideas; Martin S et al proposed intelligent alarm algorithms based on multiple physiological parameters to improve the accuracy of the monitoring results, and achieved good results without increasing the complexity of the system on the basis of. One of the key technologies of HL7standard defines a standard data exchange formats and communication protocols, including HL7 message construction and parsing of heterogeneous information systems data exchange.Another key technology of XML meta-language is a definable description object structure, data objects are described using XML technology called XML documents, XML document structure is described by XML Schema. HL7V3supports XML format described by XML Schema predefined file structure, either between different systems to exchange data syntax, semantics, cognitive unified, but also validate the XML. Data exchange, the two sides have common XML Schema, is the basis of data interoperability between heterogeneous systems.HL7interface engine of the system design to achieve data exchange between heterogeneous systems. Health assessment should not be used as the endpoint of the health surveillance, health assessment should be based on, and continue to develop a healthy forecast downstream data base for chronic diseases, sociology; in the area of data storage, a day of guardianship data can reach tens of MB or even hundreds of MB users increase, the amount of data may reach TB or even PB level, multi-user, the management of the huge amounts of data is a difficult future in this subject, can consider the increasingly sophisticated use Cloud technology to solve. This design of health surveillance platform standardization in HL7, database management, health assessment put forward a new idea, a good reference for the health care industry, with the continuous development of health surveillance, HL7standards and XML technology matures good data interaction, accurate monitoring results, data management and reasonable health surveillance platform is bound to have broad application prospects.
