In industrial processes, the monitoring system composed by Internet of Things technology can achieve real-time collection, transmission and processing of industrial data. It also can implementation the monitoring and control of industrial field device. The system has great significance to reduce overall production costs, improve the level of management and decision-making and the efficiency of production.With the rise and application Internet of Things technology, the creation of an interface to provide services for different instances of a unified monitoring system is no longer a problem.This paper relies on process and industrial control laboratory at the University of Inner Mongolia CS4000 process control device,trying to take advantage of Internet of Things technology of industrial, to find a new way to solve the monitor of the laboratory equipment in actual teaching process.This article relies on the data acquisitioncapabilities of CS4000 process control device. For experimental data generated in the process:level, temperature, valve opening, we designed a monitoring system, thus completing the experimental equipment on-site and remote monitoring.The system has three layers from bottom to up, they are sensing control layer, data transmission convergence layer and data storagemonitoring layer. Sensing control layer is mainly relying on the CS4000 process control device of Siemens S7-300PLC achieve on-site experimental data collection and transmission as well as on-site monitoring of laboratory equipment;Data transmission convergence layer use the Industrial Ethernet as the backbone, use "XuanSi" Intelligent IOT Gateway SymGate204 as the coreto achieve the convergence of data transmission function and collecting data in the PLC system and forwarded to the next level;Monitoring data storage layer use the local server and network servers as a carrier, stored the data into MySQL database and then using JSP technology to complete remote monitoring platform. Using this platform, real-time monitoring the status of CS4000 experimental apparatus.The system has been completed the design and implementation. After a number of commissioning, the system is running normal, the function realization intact. The system can provide a viable solution for laboratory equipment and monitoring of industrial field devices.
