The Analysis And Design Of The Web Service-based Customs Document Management System

With the wide popularization and development of the electronic office, the demand for online office of customs users is increasing, there is a need to unify standards in the business functions, operation interface needs to be simple and easy to use and functional logic has to be more clear. Therefore, it is necessary to start the customs administrative service informatization project, and provide an efficient unified national networking office platform.To this end, this thesis studied the analysis and design of the customs document management system based on Web services. The main work done by the author is as follows:1. This thesis analyzed the problems faced by the customs office and the development status of administrative service information at home and abroad, and expounds the key technology selection of Web service;2. The functional requirement analysis is presented in several aspects, like document management, the receipt management, supervision management, administrative service information management and business data exchange, and the system security, performance, and non-functional requirements are also3. Combined with web service technology, this thesis made an overall design of customs administrative office system in system architecture, software architecture, deployment architecture and interface etc., which gives a method for information interaction between customs administrative office system and other heterogeneous systems solution based on Web services technology, realized the system call each other, optimized work efficiency, and enhanced the cooperation office ability at the same time;4. Completed the system function test, the performance test and the deployment implementation work, and has carried on the analysis to the test and the implementation result.The customs administration information system has been applied in practice, which can meet the needs of daily office management, ensure the accuracy, simplicity and efficiency of the business process, and improve the administrative service level of the whole staff.
