In recent years homemade video is the key development area of the major video websites. homemade video not only can cut video website to buy the film and television play resource cost, also have the the ability to create new profit growth point and to build site brand image and enhance the competitiveness of the site. After the short-term prosperity of the video network homemade talk show, the drawback of it is emerging. The low-rent content and the homogenization phenomenon are leadin-g the number of the video network homemade talk show decreased seriously.After the c-ruel market examination the development of video network homemade talk show is goi-ng to be relative stable.At present,although there are a large number of the homemade t-alk shows,the quality of them are polarized and the most of them are poor.Qi Pa Shuo stands out in a long list of the homemade video, which enjoys an excellent reputation in and out of this field With the high click rate an intense reflection is stirred. At present it can be said that Qi Pa Shuo is an phenomenal program of network talk show, it has a unique communication strategies.In order to make the network homemade talk show to have a better devel opment, this paper has a theoretical analysis on the success of Qi Pa Shuo whi-ch is based on the Lasswell’s 5W mode theory to conclude in communication strategy on the advantages and disadvantages.The analysis of communication content using the content analysis method,the study of audience and communication effect using questionnaire method,through the above study we can find that whether the host or the competitors have distinctive features and in a totally different style.In the choice of communication content,they prefer to the debates of bisexual em-otion, social reality,cultural values and moral ethics which more associate wit-h young people, and they get rid of the traditional metaphysical debate. In the communication c hannels,they take advantage of the Internet and use the bullet subtitles to communicate with each other.They boldly choose the post 90 s as their target audience which is narro-w and accurate.Finally the paper analyze the communication effect with the questionna-ire survey,the result shows that Qi Pa Shuo has a high degree of recognition and go od effects in the filed of innovation of content and design,the unique language style and the diversity way of interaction.At last the paper puts forward some development strat-egies according to the above research on network talk show.such as how does the network homemade talk show break the simplified form and seek the integration of content and form,how to start the big-budget production model and how to fully take advantag-e of Internet media, etc.
