To large extent, this is due to the complexity of the production process of electronic tube. The production process uses a lot of manual operations, Which causes poor quality and consistency, and unstable performance of the transmitting tube. Exhaust process as a key step in the process of launch tube, the quality of exhaust is directly related to the performance of the transmitting tube.How to improve the automation level in the high power transmitting tube manufacturing process is an urgent research topic. Based on the analysis of the key technology and key problems in high power transmitting tube production process, we put forward the design scheme of the automatic control system of exhaust. The design of program controlled exhaust system is designed from two aspects of hardware and software. We debug the system and test the effectiveness of the application to verify whether the system meets the function, Finally, the program control exhaust system is designed, which can realize the automatic control of the exhaust process of high power transmitting tube.The system uses IPC and PLC combination of control method. The host machine for industrial control computer(IPC),the Lower machine is a programmable logic controller(PLC), to collect and process the signal of intelligent instrument. The main functions of the system are: the acquisition and storage of process parameters, drawing of process curve, the automatic control of the process, the database access. The system designed by us has the advantages of simple operation, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and so on. After debugging and application effect testing, the system has been put into the process of production. This system can realize the automatic control of the exhaust process, and fill up the blank of the automat ic control technology of the enterprise. |
