With the rapid development of the economy,the emission of industrial waste gas is increasing,and people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually increasing.The requirements for various waste gas treatment technologies are constantly increasing.Aiming at the defects of exhaust gas treatment technology,a control system of exhaust gas treatment device with low temperature plasma technology as the core is designed.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the exhaust gas treatment process,the original treatment process was improved and a matching control system was designed to ensure safe,stable and efficient operation of the entire process.The control system of the exhaust gas treatment device adopts the distributed control system architecture.The upper layer is computer-based and equipped with the network version configuration software,which constitutes a network-based monitoring and management platform,which can realize remote monitoring and management.It is an open structure;the lower layer adopts Siemens 1200 series.PLC as the main controller,the controller uses a small PLC,flexible,and relatively high cost performance.In order to make the system meet the requirements of exhaust gas treatment process,multiple independent high-voltage power supplies are installed to ensure stable operation of the low-temperature plasma generating device,and a stable flow control loop,a safe return control loop,and an exhaust gas content compliance control loop are provided,which improves the whole Safety,stability and efficiency during processing.In the configuration,the particle swarm least squares support vector machine algorithm(PSO-LSSVM)is used to predict the electrode voltage at both ends of the low temperature plasma chamber,and the on-line control of the low-temperature plasma state energy is realized,which can fully degrade the exhaust gas without wasting excess energy.The system is debugged in the simulation environment,and the operating state of the system is observed in the configuration.The system can basically realize the designed control function and has a good application prospect.
